"I’ve been a State Farm customer for many years, and Chad has always been fantastic to work with he's responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I recently got married, and when my husband and I started consolidating our policies, I wouldn’t have considered going anywhere but State Farm. Chad helped us move everything over from American Family and ended up saving us a few thousand dollars! He went above and beyond during the quoting process, asking questions I wouldn’t have even thought of, like if I wanted to add $0 deductible glass coverage, to make sure we were fully protected and happy with our coverage. The entire process was simple, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend working with anyone on Randy's team, but today's shout-out goes to Chad!"

"Randy, Michael and their team have been our go-to for home and auto for at least 15 years. Their customer service would get a 10 from me I could double my rating. We've had to file claims for a couple of vehicle related bumps over the years and they've always been responsive, thorough, and supportive. Recently one of our young adult kids, who is insured elsewhere, was in an accident and the other driver (who was at fault) used State Farm. Even though our son isn't insured by them, we called (more than once) with a few questions and Michael was right there, talking us through the process, giving us recommendations, letting us know what to expect along the way. Above and beyond doesn't begin to describe the service and professionalism we've received from this team. Thank you!"

"I have been a State Farm customer since I was in college and bought my first vehicle. Randy and his team have always been super helpful throughout my years with them! I was hit by someone going through a stop sign years ago, and they were both thoughtful (asked how I was doing physically and emotionally) and informative when I was navigating the claim process. This interaction convinced me that I would trust them with the insurance for our home when we purchased. Shortly after buying, we got water in our basement, and Randy personally came to our house to advise on what to do moving forward. When I started my own business, I turned to them again to ensure I was covered if anything were to happen. Chad was great to work with for that process! There was another small accident that happened, and made the mistake of not calling it in to the police. Michael has been so helpful in understanding A. What to do differently in the future. B. What State Farm will do for us. and C. How this may or may not impact our premiums. Because Michael had so much information, it reminded me of questions relating to some improvements we are doing on our home. Again, Michael was able to make recommendations and provide information to help us make the best decisions. Having a group of trusted individuals to go to is such a relief! Thanks for all you do!"

"This is Chris Watson. Let me start off by saying that I had a terrible experience. I never seen an insurance company grant you insurance then decides to cancel on their own judgment. As many times I had to show up in the office, I assumed everyone was aware of my situation. I am currently dealing with an identity matter regarding my driving record. I have giving them proof by providing a certified copy of my actual MVR that clearly shows none of the violations that they were seeing, in addition, this was currently preventing me from getting an SR-22 filed. Before we get ahead of ourselves, I DO NOT HAVE A DRIVING UNDER SUSPENSION on my record. Nonetheless, it was downgraded to No DL in possession. Essentially, it was just poor communication by Chad. Deals broken. I had to call for updates. No cares giving. I asked is there a manager around I can speak to and my agent bluntly stated “No there isn’t, there isn’t Chris.” I do thank you guys for the month of insurance I have left before you WILLINGLY cancel it. Essentially, I do not know how you guys was voted people’s choice of whatever year it was. This is bad business."
"Hello Chris. I'm sorry to hear you had a terrible experience. I won't go into the infractions that showed up on your MVR and are still on your MVR as it is considered personal and sensitive information that shouldn't be shared on social media. I can tell you that the "certified copy" you provided was prepared by a 3rd party vendor of which we don't recognize as a reliable source. As the #1 auto insurance company in the nation, we use Lexus Nexus as our provider of MVR's. Chad was doing everything he could to help you get insurance and even applied for the SR-22 which was denied by our underwriters due to your driving record. As far as a manager being available...I am the only agent and owner in this agency. I was out on Medical leave. Chad has over 8 years experience with my office and is very capable and was in communication with you during the whole process. If you would like to visit with me in length on this matter, you can make an appointment to see me at any time. "

"My mother in law has been trying to met with Randy since December 2022. She had an appt to met with him and when she got to the appointment she was told he is on vacation. She left a message for him to call her She never heard from him. She went back to the office this week and he is out. She left a message for him to call her and his staff scheduled her appointment on Memorial Day. Do you think he will be at the office on Memorial Day. Today she is visiting a different State Farm office to get her answers!"
"I have met with your mother-in-law annually to discuss her same question regarding her policy. I met with her again on 5.15.23 and discussed the concern she had on her policy. The scheduling of an appointment on Memorial Day was done in error and would have been rescheduled prior to that date. I am entitled to take vacation and any customers that need to be seen in my absence can be taken care of by one of my 5 fully licensed team members. I am available to discuss this further in person if you would like to schedule an appointment."
